Pricing and Packaging:
All items are sold in individual units and all the prices available on the website are individual units prices. There are absolutely no exceptions! VersaGoods Distributors reserves the right to make changes to the selling prices at any time without prior notice.
Item Display/Description/Colours:
versagoodsdistributor.com consistently endeavours to provide precise and detailed presentations of each item. Nevertheless, due to variations in computer monitor configurations and displays, we cannot ensure an exact match between the colour you observe and the actual product colour.
UPC (Universal Product Code):
All our products are equipped with a Universal Product Code (UPC). If a product lacks this code, it is not an oversight on our part; rather, it indicates that the respective product has not been assigned a UPC code by the brand or manufacturer.
MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity):
A Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is applicable to all our products, and it is imperative for the buyer or customer to fulfil the MOQ requirement when
purchasing any product.
Stock Supply:
There is no guarantee that all items in your shopping cart will be available upon shipment of the order, as our stock is limited to what we have on hand.
3- Payments, Credits, and Refunds:
We accept payments through various channels, including all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express), wire transfers, and ACH
payments.
Return Authorization: We kindly request that you do not return any goods without first obtaining explicit consent from us. Unauthorised returns may not be processed Damage Claims Procedure: To address any claims related to damage during transit, they must be submitted within a maximum of 3 days after you have received your inventory. Timely notification is essential for us to effectively address your concerns.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable): If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company. There may be some processing time before your refund is officially posted. If necessary, contact your bank. Shipping Fee on Returns or Refunds: You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item, and these costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
The time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. If you’re shipping an item valued at over $100, it’s advisable to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.

SHIPPING:
Typically, all orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 weeks from the date of payment. Shipments are not executed on weekends or holidays. In the event of a substantial surge in order volumes, there might be a slight delay in shipments by a few days. Kindly factor in additional transit days for the delivery process. Should there be a noteworthy delay in shipping your order, we will promptly communicate with you via email.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:
Customers are responsible for verifying the accuracy of the provided shipping address. While we make every effort to expedite processing and shipping, there exists a limited window for address corrections prior to order dispatch. Following order dispatch, we relinquish responsibility for address inaccuracies. Should you suspect an error in the shipping address, we urge you to promptly contact us for assistance.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES:
VersaGoods Distributor cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages. In the event that your tracking information indicates delivery to your address but you have not received the package, we recommend reporting the issue to local authorities.
INVENTORY HOLDING AND STORAGE-COST:
Ensure that VersaGoods Distributor will oversee and store your inventory at no cost for a period of up to 10 business days from the readiness-to-ship date. Subsequently, following this timeframe, storage charges will be applicable for an additional 7 days, contingent on the size and weight of your inventory. It is important to note that after this specified 15-day period concludes, any potential damage, loss, or issues pertaining to your inventory will not fall under the liability of VersaGoods Distributor, nor will they be addressed by our warehouse management.
